He is the grandson of the late Acharya Narendra Dubey, a revered freedom fighter whose significant efforts played a pivotal role in the creation of the state of Chhattisgarh. Tanmay pursued his education at esteemed institutions, including Raj Kumar College, St. Vincent Palloti College, Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, and Chhattisgarh College. He holds honors degrees in English Literature, Sociology, and Political Science. A prolific author, Tanmay has co-authored 40 anthologies, showcasing his versatility and depth in literary expression.
